Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new image release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
